The Asian Art Museum considers the loan of artworks from the collections to accredited arts institutions. Requests to borrow should be addressed to the office of the museum director and should include a description of the exhibition in which the artwork would be shown, an explanation of the importance of the loan to the exhibition, and a facilities report.

Instructions for Prospective Borrowers:

At least 12 months prior to the date of the desired loan, please send a letter to:
